  • September 19: HGAC's Historic Barn Tour (Gettysburg, PA) – Travel back in time with The HGAC Historic Barns Tour of Gettysburg and Adams County.   • September 26: East Berlin Colonial Day (Gettysburg, PA) – Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Colonial Day honors the town’s 18th-century roots and Pennsylvania’s rich living history by transforming Main Street into a bustling colonial marketplace. Visitors can explore the work of over 200 craftspeople—including blacksmiths, weavers, candle makers, and soap makers—enjoy food and music, and tour historic log homes, taverns, and museum exhibits. This festival combines education, preservation, innovation, and celebration.
